Aquila provides a subscription-based geopolitical intelligence platform that delivers daily briefings, event analysis, and sector-specific intelligence summaries to investment professionals. The platform is accessible at aquilaintelligence.io and any associated URLs.

Aquila offers a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period, you have full access to the platform at no charge. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically continue at $299.00 USD per month unless you cancel before the trial expires.
By starting a free trial, you authorize Aquila to charge your payment method $299.00 per month beginning after the trial period, unless canceled.
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Because Aquila delivers intelligence content immediately upon subscription activation, we do not offer refunds for any subscription period, partial or full, once the billing period has begun. The 3-day free trial is provided specifically to allow you to evaluate the service before any charges are applied.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at aquilaintelligence.support@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the platform until the period ends. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the Aquila platform for your own professional use. You may not:
All content published on the Aquila platform — including intelligence briefs, analysis, event summaries, and grading frameworks — is the intellectual property of Aquila Intelligence. You are granted a limited license to read and use the content for personal professional reference only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Aquila makes reasonable efforts to ensure that published content is accurate and timely. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete, accurate, or up to date. Geopolitical events are inherently uncertain and unpredictable. Aquila expressly disclaims any liability for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
